Poem
Echoes Beyond Darkness The visions swept my mind ever so constantly Promising a new dawn upon every now and every then Time seem lengthen amid the path of ancient mystery And I was nevermore the poetic soul of a carefree man Dawn begone and along came night Where dusk belong, await till fade for yet a dawning light Whichever the moment, the visionary actment flares bright And soon the non-listed, will be penned the word for the listed Knight As remembered, The Ancients is an age world beyond reasons Not a living breath can penetrate the living dead of stale air The seas waves the richest of blood, outliving the timeless seasons Be any warrior who walks, is the loneliest of lonesomeness to bear? Came was whence a sleep, I befall into a dream The first ever to forever haunt my every other forthcoming day Introducing to me, an unforgiving tomb of yonder reins Where till now, the idea of a single breath I’m willing to part away I needed guidance to shelter me from despair Will unrealized comfort be of welcome peace for the weak? Let me be awaken to a forgotten place beyond nowhere Be yet a night once again, as I teared my sinful eyes to sleep {There was the glow from the twin moons that night Casting the world of The Ancients its only promising light And it was not a dream to be… it cannot be? For it was too real a truth of a realism engiven to see It was a distinctive difference of the pure and the impure Memories of once seen, was it after or was it before? I remembered an ever-greenness which then only seem dead since forever A Cathedral as well, beyond recognition yet somehow familiar I dare not think how time stands the moment it was then I dare not to think an immortal may well be dead upon the sand Beyond all doubt, here resided the Befallen Angel of Dreams And how could this be I wondered again, from a time once ushered in A gush of wind has only to blow the stench of death amongst the air Enhancing an unmistaken truth more vividly to bear Staggering to the front of the Cathedral’s entrance in disbelieve I pondered for certainty to either enter or somehow to leave Decidedly, I make my way through and into the darken chamber beyond And no more were the candles a guided flare for the path along Finally, the door to her rest I came forth, unseen but felt Into the unknown I entered, of confusion enrooted must be dealt}
