I'm tired of all the things we have to put up with
So let me express myself and then I'll shut up quick
I'm thinking outside of it, while I'm alive I refuse to be boxed in
The only time I'll be boxed in is when I'm inside my coffin
Let me talk about the world we're lost in
How can we trust anyone when the government lie to us
I have a lot of respect for soldiers who risk their lives for us
But I hate the fact innocent people get killed who aren't to blame
3 year olds, who survive a bomb attack but won't see their parents again
Crying their eyes out, with no one to wipe their tears
Who's going to feed and protect them? They've just lived their worst fear
Lose the people they needed most, damn how am I supposed to sleep at night
I'm seeing all of this, and it appears I'm the only one who knows it isn't right
Terrorist attacks and missing planes
Kids getting killed in Ukraine
They need help so try to escape and all we do is call them immigrants
Even though they've done nothing wrong and are innocent
The news will inform you about attacks in Belgium and France
But they don't have a minute silence for Nigeria
We're supposed to just ignore Palestine and Syria
Even though their attacks are more regular, damn
The news and government are biased about what they show us
They don't want you to have sympathy for countries they believe are below us
You'll  be racist against a country yet you regularly eat their food
You dismiss their struggle, even though innocent kids are stitching together your shoes
Why do we need money, clothes and possessions to Validate us?
No matter what seats we have, none of us are as important as the people who provide the tickets and Allocate us
we hold on to material items for assurance
So when someone has more
We don't feel as important
You feel comfortable being a piranha until you're surrounded by alligators
Then you'll feel betrayed like someone should have gave you a warning
I call it karma for caring more about possessions than yourself
You cheated and swapped the cards you were dealt
Lied to the world and said it was an accident
But the government lie so how can I blame you for it
They're going to hate me for writing this
Because I got their attention by calling it Kim Kardashian
