Is it all that expectation provided
everything you anticipated
the experience to describe
the emotive essence of breath
there in the whirlwind of seconds conglomerated
became you the momentum of ecstatic

When words fail to be reiterated
did the sun press upon your infant mind
and overflow on the presence bursting
you flew on the flow of everything
in the breathing simple ecstasy of  
you each moment so outlined

Construct of the cosmological improbable
are you so in countenance by Seraphim   
and unperturbed in innocence
made no persuasion to the judging of 
but lay your heart in faith
and your soul in love

Has it thus come to pass ?
Do you still know and attune to truth ?
Or do you walk barefoot through a mine field ?
In the hope of something else ?

For the world is mystery
a fogs pretense of a bridal veil
and the machinations of its thievery
scuttle through the dank alliance of fear
you are here alive
merely trying to survive

Tenderness a ragged pillow once held so close
in ridiculed bones your tears they held
to slap you into compliance shape
and discard you at a later date

Such is the governance of corruption
and the detainees of humanities evolution
into the penumbra bring each and every one of you
to shriek and crave at life
to own this life
this gift of life
this construct of the cosmological improbable

Are you are here alive
merely trying to survive ?
