I hope the whole world excuses me while I'm being young and reckless
Going to bed with beautiful girls and not staying for breakfast
Giving them the wrong number so they can't send a message

Waiting for that text that says "Come over my parents are out"
I've played girls, Only cared about getting them into bed
Nodding and agreeing even though I didn't listen to a word that they said

Got a party to go to, but it's too early for me to show up
When i get there, I'm going to drink till I throw up
Then do it all over because I think I'm cool
I'm just being young and reckless, I know I look a fool

Tell the bartender mine is a double brandy with no mixer
I'd rather enjoy the moment and make a memory so I don't have to take pictures
Blonde or brunette? Which do I feel like leaving with?

I've got some growing up to, but I've got to embrace being young
