Poem
I can't sleep from light even at early dawn While winds throw my fringe to the other side, I lay open-eyed at the starry skies, Wishing to smell the emptiness while am gone. I sense my dreams in a far away land, Soaring away with the clouds which are now at a hand People who have gone have never returned, For the road that takes there doesn’t come back My sleep have gone with a tinge of light For dreams are not what you see when you dream Dreams are those which doesn’t let you dream For sleep are slumbers which doesn't let you dream. I slept somewhere in an open field, With pillows of hay, where dreams yield Now when I turn my head right I see those clouds towards the bright. Stars and moons on my left, A rising sun on my right In the middle when I lay at night Confiscated by the moonbeam daylight. For the moon takes light from the sun, My clouds gonna reach there soon Definitely for the better ‘soon’ Towards that side as fast I run. I will bring light for my moon, For I leave behind a lot of gloom My stars, my field, and my sleeps Turning back while I run as fast, I would see my past peeps. I raise my hands to testify, In a hope, I droop, You would be there until the end, For You have shown the path where my life amend. Together we will show the world, Putting in heart my sleeping dreams With starry skies and the moon above I still chased the sunbeams.
