I am an old soul, I thought you should know
A lot older than my body will ever show.
I am the truth and the truth is within me
If you look inside then you to can be.
I'm not saying I'm special or gifted
Just that my mind has opened and my conscious has shifted.

God or man it's your choice which you be, 
we're all one and the truth will set you free,
If you can dream it, then so may it be.
Connect your dots and be one with yourself
Put the work in and remember your health.
With love, enthusiasm, fear and heart
That's how your journey should start.
Make your plan and follow it to the letter
Convince yourself "you're a go getter".
Your mind is very rarely right
Your gut and your heart will help you see the light.

Please do not go out and stamp on another
Remember, everyone is your sister and brother.
You will be judged for everything you do
Just know your reason and make sure your lesson was learned too.
Its all about who you are today
Always be better than you was yesterday.
Everyone can teach you something new
Life's about the many and not just the few.
