Me be a ghetto preacher,
with a fire-cloven tongue
I come correct
A humble gospel teacher ...
those who hate the truth,
I don't respect
I come correct,
I bring it to you real
I come correct,
I come with the zeal

Jesus Christ always came correct,
so I only do like I see my Master do
Jesus Christ called out the hypocrites;
if the shoe fits, then I'm preaching to you
The Lion of Judah would roar
with the voice of reproof, exposing all evil plans
The Messiah went into the house of God
with the cords of correction in His Holy hands
He chased out those den of thieves,
sent them packing
Overthrew, overturned, overthrew
all of their money changing tables
Jesus Christ came correct, mind you,
slinging the strap, taking no crap
Ran those politically incorrect priests
right out of the temple
Jesus whipped Caesar's gangster friends,
quoting Holy Scriptures while correcting them
The Lord came correct: pure and simple

So, I'm warning you,
I do like my Master do
Beware, haters of the truth:
I come correct,
I come to reprove you
Be scared, haters of reproof:
I come correct,
I wield the iron rod of truth

Reprobate rebels,
lovers of unholy insurrection
I come correct
Bad renegade souls,
haters of the rod of correction
I have no respect
for those devil worshipers,
who prey on the weak ...
raid the temple and slaughter the sheep

I can come to you meek,
or I can come with the zeal
But I always come correct:
I always come to you real,
with a voice like chariots of fire,
hard double-edged steel
The Spirit of God got me moving ---
crushing idols under the wheel
Beware: when I come with the zeal,
I come correct
When I preach the truth to you real,
I will always come correct
