remember who, what, and how it happened
and
does it roll over and over
the scenario
in your mind of liquid
minds...
the fear of disaster 
because of the new beginning
and now 
what it all means
if it means anything
@ all
is the feeling of being alone
solo again
when eating
when dreaming
alone

then this someone comes along

she seams all the previous 
if you allow
but it 's impossible
because you can't move on-
another woman
has your mind and soul
hooked like a marlin
on the opposite end 
of a pro-fisherman

so what happens from birth
to present
is the knowledge
that this is o.k.

this progression has existed for
many millenia

there will be times where,
after a point,
the pack mentality
overrides

running w/ the wolves 
makes sense
because
you're tired of being solo

you need the reaffirmation that you're
o.k.
once in a while
while hanging w/ the dregs 
and the people that 
will accept you
for the dirtbag 
you truly are
until you come to the realization
that this new crew stinks worse
than any previous
so
going back home
and finding yourself ...

smiling into a hot pillow
counting the minutes
to expel the nonsense
just to wake w/ 
yourself
once again
and finally
moving forward
sans 
judgement
