Meditation Prayer

As I lay or sit still
With my eyes closed body relaxed, I visualize a very deep
Purple light surrounding my entire existence.  I feel a connection between my energy and the almighty's.  I see positive energy pouring over me.  Like golden honey on a spoon. I feel a soothing presence of peace come on me.  My mind is at ease, my breathing slowed and my heartbeat Echoes. My lips taking on a Smile. My body feels light as if I'm floating in warm water. In this exact moment I am able to command things and they will Become a reality, the things I ask for are given to me freely by the creator who is connected to me.  Right now I command that all negative energy is released from my subconscious and conscious mind.  I command all sorrow to leave me.  I command all anger to fade.  I command all illnesses off me, I proclaim that God has the victory for a healing touch over me, I know that right now I'm being healed and transformed. I command every part of my body to function the way YOU  the "I Am" spoke into creation. Please breath the breathe of wholeness back into my life my body, spirit and soul,  balance back wherever there is anything out of balance., set it in perfect working order. Heal me of any disease, illness, injury, infirmity, weakness, oppression, depression, or cast out anything that is not from u.  Strengthen my body to successfully and rapidly rejuvenate and refresh itself, make my  immune system strong to fight off anything that doesn't belong, make my blood clean and strong, let my organs perform like u designed them, let me feel stronger, youthful and vibrate by the second. I command that you give me the desire to take good care of my body, if i smoke, drink  excessively or lack exercise- let me change my ways. Give me the knowledge to make healthy choices. Fill me with your joy. I pray upon me a long and healthy life! I rebuke all illness, all depression, all addictions, any and all bad luck or anything that brings me fear, disappointments, or anxiety.  I BELIEVE in your word! Ask and ye shall receive - I see myself happy and I see myself successful. I see myself  surrounded by loving nurturing people. I see myself doing good things-helping people and following your will. I see myself walking in a beautiful garden where  I can smell fresh flowers.  I feel my soul happy, patient and at peace. I am relaxed in this moment. I take my time absorbing good thoughts of my child hood. I see myself as a child, I walk up to myself and hug the young me. Letting go of past mistakes. I see myself as an elder person all wrinkled and wise- I walk up to my old self and give me a hug releasing all doubt. The young me and the old me are happy and wave goodbye to the present me. The present me feels complete. The present me feels happy. I command the present me to go out and enjoy the world, enjoy new friendships, enjoy learning new hobbies, enjoy prayer, enjoy the simple pleasures of life no matter what. I command the present me to take time to absorb the moment, to not be afraid of a challenge, to spread more of my love and my talents.  I command the universe to be in balance with me, I command the Angels to walk with me. My soul feels well.  Lord of Heaven and Earth, I humbly come to you and Thank You, by the power and authority given to me by the Holy Spirit, the Holy Father & the Holy son, I believe that this meditation  has changed me.   I thank u for this meditation time and for connecting with the present past and future me. I put my Hope and trust in you and love the NEW me.....
