Poem

Hearing some sort of sound,
From the room upstairs,
Looking down the hallway,
You wouldn't ever compare,
A bright light,
From the bottom of the door,
As you think to yourself,
Do I turn the knob,
Or just run away scared,
As curious I may be,
I turn the knob,
As what was seen,
Was a shock to me,
A lady in a cloak,
Gliding in the air,
She turns around,
With a haunting stare,
Backing away slowly,
As she moves forward,
Tripping on the rug,
While you land on the floor,
over top of you,
As she starts with your face,
skin disappearing,
not to be replaced,
trying to scream,
nothing coming out,
She already dismembered your vocal chords,
leaving you still,
While she begins to try and cut your heart out,
scraping cutting,
Tearing off your flesh,
one by one,
Your fingers arn't being left,
Pieces here,
The rest for her,
Keep thinking,
What did you ever do,
A man comes in,
Walks up the stairs,
Trying to attack this imagine,
As her face is dismalled,
Piece by piece she steals,
From your flesh hanging off,
killing you slowly,
With no dismay at all,
Screaming,
Shuttering,
Shivering,
Asleep,
Waking up,
Thinking it was all just a dream,
You get some water,
To quench your thirst,
As you turn around,
The glass breaks,
While this old lady in a cloak,
Begins to charge,
Grabbing ahold of you,
Breathing in your life,
As the sun appears through the window,
She turns to dust,
Disappearing you think it's over,
Sleep as you may,
When the next night appears,
She will be back,
As she will be the one to put you in your grave.....
