Dragon is always in Hero mode, most certain of that, you can be sure. The Sheriff of CrazyLand is a stickler for all the rules, he does ensure. If only either one of them… had at least a little, useful common sense! But then, where would the fun come from, that we get, at their expense? After the Dragon Day Celebration the Sheriff of CrazyLand was in a tiff. He wanted the Dragons to use a flight plan, and the airport, not the cliff! Now that brought us to the Mayhem Airport, and its Flight control Tower. High up in the tower, was a Lady doing her job, which held so much power. I had read Dragon the story of Repunzel, yep, not so very wise. No doubt! Dragon sang to ‘let down her hair’ but her hair was too short to get her out. She wasn’t crazy, and didn’t want to come down, so she locked the doors. He wanted to save her, and she wanted to do her job… So this meant War! He tried to save her: first by breaking the window with his heat, then his head. So she signaled all the planes to form a line, in a holding pattern, overhead. Now, planes were piling up, and she was definitely getting very annoyed. After all, she liked her job, and because she didn’t want to be unemployed. Finally she decided this had to stop so she unlocked the ground floor door. Dragon immediately came rushing in, got stuck in the stairwell, and roared! She had a chance to land the planes, as the passengers snap shots, did savor it. His butt, sticking out from the Tower, become a town and paparazzi favorite. He finally pulled himself free as the last plane was landing. All immediately… Hollered “The Plane! The Plane!” Yep! He was run into by The Plane! Really! But, don’t worry, as he became a bug splat on the windshield… sure enough! By now, they were going so slow, that the paparazzi got some more great stuff! The Lady Controller was just finishing up her shift, and she’s smart… not dim! She came out, thanked Dragon for saving the Day, and got a picture with him! For her scrape book, and an advertising brochure for Mayhem Falls, that said… ‘Come to Mayhem Falls: Where all flights and Days are an Adventure!’ it read. The Dragons then took off, dumped a load, on the poor Sheriff and the runway! Yeah! Just as the pigeons had taught them! He pooper scooped for a long time… And they say… He never bothered them, with flight plans and airports again… The End! Written 8-9-2016
