Poem
have you ever done something in the past and the guilty feelings today still last? do you wish that you could just turn back time? replay your actions and rewrite your lines? for guilt is a burden that lays heavy on one's heart guilt about things you did that weren't very smart yet you can't reset the clock nor start life all over anew you can't go back in time, stop letting the guilt control you you can't undo what's been done, what's come and gone before break the cycle of guilt if you desire in life to open new doors you need to view your sins through the eyes of the Lord and understand that your actions were not in spiritual accord but be brutally honest with yourself and own up to the cause in order to break the cycle of guilt that has given your life pause for as long as we are in this flesh we'll always have a struggle between the natural and spiritual the point where we have all the trouble for there's something about the nature of man, something not quite right we tend to pass the blame and not face up to our own flawed insights to break the cycle of guilt we need to step up to the plate be transparent and truthful in our guilt and not hold on to self-hate yes, God will surely forgive us, He'll dismiss all of our sins breaking the cycle of guilt which we hope not to repeat again break the cycle of guilt and get from under that dark cloud learn to forgive yourself and throw off that heavy shroud there's nothing wrong with you because you're now a disciple of Christ say goodbye to the guilt and rejection and move on with your life step into God's KIngdom, accept Jesus as your Savior true break the cycle of guilt by being reborn and renewed as children of the most high God with angels at our backs why do we allow the enemy to use our guilt as a weapon to attack? cast off the burdens and let the emotional baggage go break the cycle of guilt and let Jesus run the show Jesus Christ the earthly son of the final judge, our Lord God He'll be our spiritual advocate and plead our case with reverent regard He'll stand before His Father and take the blame for all our acts account for all our sins and place them squarely on His own back and when that final judgement comes from God above Jesus will lawyer for us with the power of His blood break the cycle of guilt just tell that guilt to get lost give Christ all the glory and leave that guilt on the cross
