PIG IN BLUE I knew a pig in blue Who liked to tell us what to do Parading the place, policing the place And he did bad things few people knew I knew a pig in blue A corrupt old guard who lived in Baker’s Avenue He love to take bribes And he had so many wives And these bad habits sticked like glue I knew a pig in blue Who became chief policeman and his power grew He lied and lied and lied Until the day he died This man was a perfect example of black sheep A rotten apple in a whole bunch He was the agent of oppressive kings And he could kick and punch I knew a pig in blue The greatest scoundrel I ever knew From armed robberies to racketeering This man was very daring He was the dirtiest watch I have ever seen And burnt his victims with gasoline A crooked policeman who failed to uphold the rule of law In a corrupt system which failed to show him the door I knew a pig in blue The dirtiest thing I have ever seen His skin was dark And so was his heart And from his attitude He was very green I knew a pig in blue Who could betray anyone just for a few As long as you have money This pig will call you honey But it didn’t mean he was faithful to you I knew a pig in blue He had a colossal intelligence crew And every day he lied About the people that he spied And killed innocent as his drones flew I knew a pig in blue In fact these pigs were two One was a director and The other was a secretary They commanded a large group of men Including the military The Secretary was a hot head And a complete disaster He would do things he would regret after The Secretary wore thick glasses Like an eccentric professor He was the agent of evil kings and a wicked oppressor The first was the servant of the second And the second was a controller of many a man and weapon In their endeavour to rule the world These men met their doom Because the Heavenly Father did not give them room I knew a pig in blue The most dubious man I have ever seen When it comes to justice You have to pay a price And if the government increase taxes The price of justice will rise I knew a pig in blue A criminal in a uniform of navy blue He had crooked friends in high places Who told him what to do He didn’t represent the average policeman But only stood for the few I knew a pig in blue Who told me not to bother myself going to court Because from the judge to the witness and the prosecutor They have all been bought And the only criminals in this world are those who are caught I knew a pig in blue He used to live in our avenue He slept with a pistol Under his pillow And peeped a hundred times Across his window He feared for retaliation and revenge And he met his death at the end In the hands of a man who would avenge I knew a pig in blue Who promised to do everything I wanted him to do Who masqueraded himself with a disguise But from the greed in his eyes I knew I knew that That pig was you
