Sing me a song
because if i were to feel like a tree in winter 
it meant i had to be strong
Sing me that song
that will sit me down and listen like a king
Sing that song 
that got ALI dancing not only to anticipate punches but to know how to win fights
Sing me a song
that will prolong our time so we could appreciate each other
Sing me that song
that started in 1974 to 1976
that said "come and see the troubles of Africa"
if this is the song why does it feel so wrong not to sing it?

that will rule young minds not to be tools to situations
Sing a song with tunes
that are true so that we could pursue our dreams to the fullest
Sing me a song of faith 
for i lean on the peace that Israel seek
Sing me a song 
that doesn't know my weakness
because my greatness is yet to come
if we are going to sing this song
let it be the one that suggest
we are a nation that knows its relations
Sing me a song 
that discourages individual thinking 
because we need to think for three generations to come

to those who want to hear it
because this song knows no genres
and its journey only needs us to listen
