How dare you walk around all cocky and self righteous
Nailing your ASS is going to be my final gift
U know what u did covering it up because you had to
You don't fool me Doc I see right through you
Can't let you roam around freely out there hurting others the way that you DO
If we have anything to say your days as a "Doctor" are through

Do you know you managed to rip out many hearts all at the same time?
Substandard care mixed with a "God Complex" that's your biggest crime
We wouldn't even be here today if you had done things right the FIRST TIME
Told us Surgery was a success she's doing "just fine"
No big deal to you there will be more down the line
NOT if I can help it your Dr status about to take a serious decline

WAS she just a nameless face like the many others that u see day to day?
SHE was our glue our hearts and it's your fault
for this you need to pay
SHE was an innocent victim she had so little say
She had no choice but to trust you there was no other way
Now we live with the void of losing her every minute of every day

In my opinion your a murderer a killer roaming freely on the loose
There's only One word for what u did... They call it ABUSE
Why try and explain the magnitude of what u did what's the use?
She probably hasn't even crossed your mind at all
NOT even a single empathetic word from you
You really have got some gall
You will be the one crying when from your pedestal you fall
Same thing you did to her no one will be there when you call
Probably don't even want to know how many innocent people you have hurt in all

Why didn't you notice a problem or recognize a single clue?
All the signs were apparent and right in front of you
Now we're the ones left suffering because there's no way to undo
A battle like you could ever imagine is about to ensue
WHY didn't you swallow your pride if you needed help or were unsure what to do?
Maybe if you admit you messed up I would have a little respect for you

In your incompetent hands you sealed her fate
Don't think for one moment we will be bullied you don't intimidate
Your surgical skills not even close to first rate
Just the thought of you and your aloof attitude makes me IRATE
We will get our day in court Doc be sure to save the date

You went through the motions half heartedly at very best
Why didn't you do one scan or at least run a single test?
Why didn't you Ever ASK can I help you what do you need?
Now we are heartsick everyday and there's is no reprieve
The pain of losing her has brought me to my knees

I saw it in your eyes not one iota of remourse

Think you desperately are in need of a refresher course

You got some nerve calling yourself a Doctor you should be ashamed of yourself

Every day in my mind thoughts of her replay
SHE didn't deserve this she didn't deserve to go out this way

Your mistakes cost her her life
You took our precious Mother, Grandmother, and a Loving Wife
You have left my Father so alone & broken hearted
He's left to figure out what happened & how this all started
Riddled with infection for 10 LONG days there she sat
Your license to practice Medicine should be revoked AND STAT

Safe to say on quality patient care you totally bailed
My goal is simple any plans you have for the future are permanently derailed
No way to fix it It's to late for her that ship has sailed
Think it's safe to say as a Doctor you have EPICALLY FAILED
