Butterflies in my stomach, Feeling as puny as a little ant In pain…losing it…hittin’ the sack… I am not strong enough or muscular enough – just some dumb old infant My mind is blurry Your taste is like curry… So bitter and yet, so delicious… So unpleasant, and yet so precious… I forget now… Show me somehow… Your ways and your happy-go-lucky days I want to see you smile again, my beautiful sunrays Your picky, yet pensive pathway shows me how you go about your day… I’m just starting with the first step…for I was born in the month of May… And you – in the Month of say it again? Alzeihmers’ sure has a way to slip through my mind… Was your name Ben or was it Jen? The Alzheimer’s Domino effect fell on me…not all minds are aligned… But, I haven’t forgotten about you… I have forgiven you in the past, present and in the near future… Interesting dreams and intriguing nightmares flood my cranium… I think in puns, in opposites…but don’t they say opposites attract? To be exact, I love you more than the Earth we live in right now and forevermore… I’m not dumb and I may be drunk on rum, However, I am just a blurr… I’m so unsure… I can act immature… Love me like you always do… You seem so mature… Jealous to say the greatest…yet, so blue… If you only knew… Where my other shoe Went off to… Wishing you were a part of my crazy cool crew Burning sensation was in the eyes of many patients, Waiting there with anticipation…with their all-caring agents Nurses rummage through the hospital floors… Hoping none of them fall to the cold, stone floors Blessed be the nations who hope and wait on the Lord Their enemies will be crushed in no time The swift swords shatter the bones of the elders’…friends are near their side…they are never bored… Memories slip through their mind…they can’t remember clearly… Clearly, you don’t know their mind… They were left behind, letting time unwind Many of them are drugged up with disdain… Watching the winters’ rain… While a hovering train… Rapidly goes on by in an hours’ time… It’s time…to believe… It’s time…to relieve… The heartaches from their souls… The mindless numbness from their skulls… They are cracking out of their shells… Submitting to their “heavens” or “hells” Who can say they are blind? They can’t remember anything really I don’t mind, for you’re a fantastic find I wasn’t a bright one truly; To be quite frank, I’m happy with you around My sexy lady and I are sitting here without a sound
