Poem
{Verse 1} Starting a war with myself, you're the giant and I'm the elf Scattered like mini shards of mirrors Can't help but say - keep your arrogant comments to yourself Stop pointing out my every errors {Refrain} Smile away the pain Produce glory grain Be humbly confident That's spiritually content We ain't perfect, but God wants us to thrive to be But don't expect to get away with anything because we must repent willingly We need to accept correction and do His Will His wisdom and advice will fill up our true thrill Oooooh {pre-chorus} Next time, there won't be a next time Reign upon me, healing rain...refrain from driving in my lane of words so sane Hearing the echoes of a bells' chime You're in my train of thought, driving me insane Ahhhhh {chorus} You're breath is cold against my neck and I want you back just for a sec We are huddling close to each other like penguins in Antartica I crave your adoration peck...the road of paradise is where I trek Your heart beats with my own and I'm not alone or on my own I'm alive in your embrace... I'm a broken bone when you don't answer the call I've made on your phone... I'm dead in fading grace... And I disappeared before your face You left me with barely any significant trace I'm an ordinary boy, in love with sorrow Waiting for another yesterday's tomorrow Ehhhhh {verse 2} Throw your explanation points on me why don't you... You don't know half of what you've put me through Your ignorance angers me to the core right now You're so unfeeling to my emotions...somehow... {Refrain} Smile away the pain Produce glory grain Be humbly confident That's spiritually content We ain't perfect, but God wants us to thrive to be But don't expect to get away with anything because we must repent willingly We need to accept correction and do His Will His wisdom and advice will fill up our true thrill {pre-chorus} {chorus} {verse 3} You talked behind my back with a lack of discreetness You're gossip reached ear to ear on purpose You made me sink in distress; now, I'm this filthy mess But, I want to be happier than you'll ever possibly be...without the urge to fuss and cuss... {Refrain} Smile away the pain Produce glory grain Be humbly confident That's spiritually content We ain't perfect, but God wants us to thrive to be But don't expect to get away with anything because we must repent willingly We need to accept correction and do His Will His wisdom and advice will fill up our true thrill {pre-chorus} {chorus} {bridge} You're on my mind day in and night out and show me a radiant route until I let out my victory shout Genuine glances, glares and grins are the highlight of this evening in my mind of reality's and fiction's friction as a whole...pulling out my corruption's cavity in my life of ups and downs, but I don't want anyone's pity I want to be a performer and a singer songwriter no doubt, I won't pout I want to feel your aspirational affection and your intuitive inspiration that deserves more than recognition...a delightful depiction of diligent direction from the Lord's peace that takes its toll after the chaotic pulls of gravity - here comes the hallelujah, amen! confetti
