in dialogue with each other.

But, in short,
Cohen is about optimizing healthy love and happiness,
joy and peace,
while Anger Management is all about minimizing the negative emotions:
blaming anger, 
shaming fear, 
snarky envy,
rabid hate
ignorant cynicism,
chronically impatient stress,
etc.

How to emerge resilient passion
for healthy life 
as lust for love
is also about how to reinvest 
disempowering anger-fear-hateful 
lack of restoring
resonant win/win 
mind/body wealth.

I wonder, 
as I hear this Love Evolution Story
and read the Anger Devolution Therapy Narrative,
not explicitly addressing each other
as naked
and vulnerable 
re-membering dipolar co-relationship
developing peak/valley co-empathic memories
rooted in YangBody/YintegralMind 
curious co-engagement

As felt by mind/body 
passion/pleasure 
personal/political
enlightening/empowering 
neuro/eco-systemic  
mindfully sung/deeply danced 
co-elationally crown/root chakra,
monotheistic/panentheistic 
co-infested peak experiences

Unlike looking only at the front end of the proverbial elephant
to fully comprehend "love-elephant",
while dialectical therapy could focus more remedially
at both holistic
co-arising ends
of this organic 
sexsensual
paternal/maternal 
SunLightened/EarthPowered
Yang/Yintegral
compassion elephant.

If so, how can we become fully dialectical,
much more ego/ecotherapeutically optimizing?

co-relationship 
within BodySpace/MindTime
neurosystem-developmental 
health/wealth optimizing
neuro/eco-dynamics.

If a planet of perfect 
pole/hole
convex/concave
forward liberating/backward conserving love 
is wellness-governed,
full-dialectically Me/We-comprehensive

Curiosity
explicityly co-balancing 
and moderating irritational win/lose negative
and elational win/win positive 
Yintegral eco-emotions and Yangful ego-cognitions

If anger is cathected to our individual and collective past,
as projected time cathects to future fear,
we meet this full-octaved elephant 
of grateful and fore-given bodhisattva love
within a balancing bicamerally resonant body/mind's
positive sexy lateral pole/sensory bilateral hole 
CoPresent 
space/time's sacred EarthTribe peaceful
resilient 
health/wealth copassion
pleasure presence.

The elephant's rear view teaches
what the front view
merely preaches

We love our nutrition-rich
hungry co-empathic receptors,
our trunk smelling and eye opening,
mouths and noses 
and resonant/dissonant ears

Leading our holonic creation story's mind/body
toward comprehensively discerning
our best nutritional fields and meals and vocations,
therapeutically heading toward a healthier love future,
avoiding fore-knowable anger 
predicting fear of future trauma threats.

Which is front and which is back,
which is cause and which is effect
isn't necessarily the same question
if we mind/body know/feel
these two are one nondual co-arising
love-purposed sex/sensory 
pole/hole
foreYang/aftYintegral elephant.

We deeply matter,
whether we are Defensive Body/Mind dominant deductive,
Win v Lose 0-sum conservatively competitive 
Anthro-Monotheistic v Earth-Panentheistic
Messiah v Bodhisattva chronically stressed

or

Liberated Mind/Body co-passion prominent inductive,
WinMe/WinWe Non(0)-co-invested 
economically enlightened minds
with politically empowering bodies,
peak experiencing happy/healthy resilience,
peaceful resonant grace 
and pleasant regenerative beauty,
healthy Crown life 
and wealthy RootSystemic love

Both hemispheres,
deeply long to make resonant love,
and not more angry 
fearful cognitive-affective 
deadly win v lose chronic 
systemic trauma dissonant
discommunication.

Either way, LeftMindNature or RightBodySpirit dominant,
or vacillating back and forth from fighting moments 
to flighty moments,
or public secular day 
against private sacred nights,
it appears that Bicameral Mind/Bodies
prefer nondual consciousness
about fore/aft balance
as an EarthTribe sacred species.

We start out Right Body/Mind dominant
and non-languaged.

In the middle of our co-individuation story
we emerge more or less bicamerally curious intelligence
as MidWay wu wei CoOperatively enlightened
empowering Positive/Not-Negative CoInvestors

Some complex mix of crowning holistic Love, 
transforming root-systemic polarizing Anger and Fear.

In love-life maturing age 
approaching less competitive cognitive/affective dissonance,
while catching up on lack of sacred sleep.

Here, on this cusp of remembering BiCameral CoIntelligence,
Business As Competitively Usual Elders and Cultures,
with dominant "Don't Lose to Losers" enculturation
and Ego investment,
may well move into a terminal climatic stage
of increasing fears about Ego's lack of sufficient time
due to the increasingly high risk of disease and death.

Yet, this climatic crisis
in our Interior Landscapes
may remind us of larger ecological climatic crises
and ego-light v eco-power revolutions

Contentioning wealthy incoming content 
hoping for contenting healthy outgoing outcomes
of passionate space and peak pleasure times

Still-evolving PresentPresence co-creation 
HereNow epic elephantine stories
communing back to Yang BodyStrength 
equals 
Yintegrity's light/dark dialectic MindFlow

reegenerating
