Why did Fluffy die, said little Lily,
Well I said, you know that our Fluffy;
Has been sick, her body was not working,
And the doctor said that she was suffering.

But where is she gone, shouted Lily,
Well I said, you know that our Fluffy;
Was a good cat so I bet she is in heaven,
And she has sweet lovely wings that glisten.

Once she ate my cookie, said Lily,
Well I said, she was sneaky that Fluffy;
I remember one time she drank my tea,
Remember the time she got stuck in a tree.

Lets make a scrapbook, shouted Lily,
Well I said, yes and we can call it Fluffy;
We can paste her pictures and write stories,
I have a real nice picture of her and my daisies.

God please kiss my cat, prayed Lily,
Well I said, I am sure God loves Fluffy;
We loved her so much from the very start,
Mommy, I think our Fluffy is living in my heart.
