2014 What a year, talk about going thro one lousy year...
Malaysia as a fledgling nation suffered badly thro the year...
Statisticians are stunned into silence for within a single calender year, 
Malaysia has the dubious honor of having 2 major airline disasters..

Can't recall the exact time or date,but the passage of time is swift....
Seems incredible but having twin plane disasters was cruelty at its peak...
Malaysia the nation was undergoing some trying times in her growth...
Airline disasters, finality in their occurence, staggered the nation's worth...  

Incredible as it sounds, a huge Boeing full of passengers international...
Made a mysterious turn somewhere and blipped into oblivion on radar...
Nations rallied and scrambled to help Malaysia to search and rescue...
Hoping to discover and secure survivors of the nation's major air disaster...

The MH370 missing saga was endless fodder for all kinds of mass media...
For some 2 months and hence thereafter it was all about MH370 ...
Then came the thunder bolt news about a plane being shot out of the sky..
And incredible as it was, MH17, a Malaysian plane did explode at its high..

Let this simple prose be my passive contribution  of hearfelt sympathy...
To all those who grieve in silence and despair, let them feel some empathy...
For no man is an island, and misery finds solace in company...
So shall those in sorrow find some relief in kindred souls for company...
