Poem
Now doors were all closed, without single crack, The father exposed, with son was to black, Inside of a lorry. Surrounded with fruit, they trembled from cold, For clothes from Beirut, which little warm hold, Too thin were and hoary. »Where father are you and where is your face? For dark is my view in this frozen place. I'm feeling all frightened. « »I'm here frightened child, I’m holding your hand, And if you just smiled, the scare will be banned, You will be enlightened. « Not hour has passed, and out of the dark, Enrich did the cast, A figure so shark, Which warm was and shining. »Hello little lad, art thou feeling bleak? And would you be glad, if you weren't weak? You want silver lining? « »Do father you see, this man which is gay? He is bringing to me, the warmth of sun ray. He bright is and caring! « » Those wishes are son, that warmeth thou mind, For company none, to us is assigned, « Was father declaring. »Do you little boy, with me want to come, And feel all the joy, to sadness be numb, To forest enchanted! « »Thou heareth not voice, and such lovely sing, That is hearts rejoice, of grey elven king? He to me has chanted! « The father gave hug, to his sleepy tyke, »Thou heareth but chug, which may sound alike, To voices and singing! « »So now sleepy kid, say final goodbye, And close your eyelid, to sleep put your eye, For your bells are ringing. « »I won't do things bad, be easily trolled, And leave my dear dad, in lorry so cold« The child was all shaking. »If willingly thou, with me you won’t go, I'll take you by force, onto my own course, I mine will be taking! « »Oh father the elf, now never will flee, He says for himself, he'll taking be me! Is this then our parting? « Dad fatherly yelled, for help of some sort, While in hands he held, a body so short, Which soul was departing. Of couple instead, the driver have found, The two of them dead, for they were both crowned, On elven king’s ground.
