****OUR ENEMIES IN DISGUISE*** Norman MacClain wrote, "it is those we live and love, and should know, who loot us" But whether we like it or not they exist For some are endowment And others we got after birth As some existed long even before we came to earth But yet, we call them best For they prove to be bona fide, but in reality, they are delusive Making it is soo easy for us to be deceive Auden once wrote "Evil is unspectacular and always human That shares our beds and eat at our table" So instead of seeing them as detriment to our livelihood, We choose to see them as an advantage to our brotherhood Our enemies are always hypercritical in nature As their actions makes us hysterical And except for surgical, the wounds they bring heals not Is good I am a paranoia For it will only help me to know my enemy can be my brother In hard times, Friendship makes them our only source for canvass As they fuddle us to drive we away from our success And pray to always see us in darkness As they seek nothing but our sadness They greet us with the name 'Mr Dreamer Yet they make us quitters of our dreams just like that of Noah Cuz the positive they chastize And our nefarious deeds they never criticize They seek hell for us and locks our gates to the heavens Cuz our failure makes them prosperous and rapturous And when they dim our illuminated from behind, Yet, they still deny For they hate to see us hallowed for our goodworks And hate to hear the praises for our goodness This makes them traduce sake of our reputation Just because of the favour we might get from our nation But to we, They are tip-top among all our pals And seems too venturesome among our chums So we make them our fiduciary to attain the best Yet, we get nothing but the worst They are the same people to spearhead our downfall And when we fall, They are the same people to vehemently bewail to share our sorrows For our praises to them are nothing but a mockery So they will cease not to hate us unless we find us in the mortuary And as we exonerate and concentrate for their release They do nothing but to contemplate for our imprisonment For to them our help is nothing but meagre Yet, we still become eager to deliver But truly I pray I pray their evil lights always shine And their diabolic deeds never come to light Cuz they are relative next to us And the friends we call them best. #@cj2015#
