Poem

My life, my soul, my breath, my smile, my laugh,
PLease take it away, I need it not anymore,
it not does me any good anymore, 
Like a Chrysillis, a butterfly folds itself up to hide away, 
I too, care to fold up and disapear.

I spoke my words, my thoughts, my tears, only to be heard by no one, 
I showed my feelings, my emonitions, only to be swept away by guilt, shame, 
My goals, my aspiritions, all swept away by the incoming tide of life,
They all think I'm being overbearing, no more can I bear, in my life. 

The dust has settled, waiting for the incoming gust of wind, 
to take away my soul, out to the open sky, like a bald eagle flying free, 
for others to look at, admire from afar, like a monarch butterfly, 
come close enough, yet to not let others touch or feel.

My friends, my family, please dont cry, dont weep for me, 
for I am finally at peace, my fears, my anxiety is finally gone, 
the open fields of grace, you will feel my presence in the wind, 
the flowers of pink, red, blue, you only need to slow down and inhale deeply, 
if you dont care to see, hear, me, then I ask you then, to "please take it away."
