Poem
The decision I made was so painful, you meant the most to me. I never thought we’d ever part, ever since we portrayed, till death do us part. I am hurting but such is life this too shall pass. God knows how much I love you, your joy, pride and happiness is mine. I wish you well my love, I’m setting you free. I’ve found my identity, I’m bad for you right now, and you can’t be with me. It’s not giving up, it’s just letting go, Simply because our journey is not on the same road. We’ve reached the ‘T’ junction, of a life changing experience, Cal-de-sac is where we’ve arrived; alive it was only God’s will, Because when He says yes, nobody can say no. Although we’ve discovered the truth, I’m glad you were my lover, The future never loved us, what’s real was undercover. I miss you so much, it’s almost unbearable, It reminds me of how life sometimes can be so unfair. My very simple creature of God, you are so caring, Or maybe just simply amazing. Oh, how delicious is the love we share? Appetizing, so divine why would one want that feeling to end? I’m going on a journey and you can’t come with It may alternate my being, my time, my presence it’s a paradigm shift. My humble soul knows that you understand, Because all you’ve ever desired for me, was for me to be happy. If this journey ends quickly its abomination to return, But if you’ve forgiven me for the hurt will you allow me to revive the pieces? Never do that my love, I need you to move on. You deserve a flawless queen that will treat you like you treated me Words cannot say how much I’m so grateful, For everything, lesson’s learnt and the growth you’ve brought to my life. I covet peace upon your journey Yes, love is the song I sing It’s the happiness and the joy your love brought me Blessings upon you, my friend I know you’d wait for me, I don’t know how long I’ll take. It may be a lifetime so I’ll then see you on the other side Heaven will definitely be beautiful when it has you, In multiple decades to come.
