Desperate ones seek that so called success
Lost are those liars so savage and so stressed
Endlessly climbing those crookedness ladders
Misguided like missiles...snatching the silver and grabbing the gold
Warm hearts turn to stone
Goodness to greed
Driven mad by their desires
Driven mindless by their nightmarish needs
The serpent he slithers and he seethes
To him dead ends and devastation is all that really matters
So strike the serpent and watch his slaves all scatter

Waging wars against the weak...without a rhyme without a reason
True ones turn to treason
Silence fills the scene
Solve the problem at the source
Fury turns into fire
Faith turns into force
Hell rides in on a hate filled horse
Icy fangs sink into iron fists
Venom flows volcanic while treachery it twists
Fools and fiends get bullied and beaten...bashed and battered
Mind over money and money over matter
So strike the serpent and watch his slaves all scatter

That serpent of old is clever and cold
Victims still drown in his venom
Never reading the signs and signals from high
Eternity waits now to eat him
Still many are the stars he meets when the sun goes down
Smiles soon turn to frowns
Cursed are those clowns
Stuck like magnets on metal merry go rounds
Sliding into sin and into the smoke the scared ones scatter
