Poem
Closing your eyes just to disconnect From the world of reality to the healing state Walking through a wave length of all your times Good, bad, sad, exciting, fear and life Drowning your body in stress and remorse Mentally parallelize to see it all The walk into the state of rem Freedom for some to smile and giggle For some it's a nightmare state With fire, and abuse, a seldom soothe A talk that frightens a mortal debate Falling to a rhythmic pass and future sight The third eye of immense sense Some toss and turn in their physical realm But all still connected to regret and fear A walk that seem so real The times that is seen are times of growth Learning to understand why this is and why that is A pattern of strife and life it’s self An energy unknown to man, that sparks our soul Breathing so slow in our reality Those moments seem really long and bestowed What really connects us; some say it is our voice We speak to speak from the other side to show Which is funny at times and some will never know The thought of waking in the realm of the living It's sometimes disappointing because in your dream You’re a King or Queen of your own world Thunder strikes at places you want Your god, like Zeus, Athena, Hermes, or just a myth A super hero or just a man with riches galore Dreams are a part of you, that makes you, you A space in time that is a portal into your wishes The moment that you near this though Most of the time your third eye gets poked Either by your own self or others in reality What seem to be your disconnection Is really a moment that your free from all A method that has been done for years So disappointment comes to all Who sleeps to just dream and know its peace A world known safe, but some fear it Closing your eyes for just to darken the light With this also comes an unusual thought What becomes of our hearing at this rate? Is it another way to connect to our thoughts? Does it affect our dream state? I never really thought of that, have you? I know some can ignore the noises A selected rhythmic pattern in our thought To tone out what is and might be The moment that you lose this connection Your sense seem to play tricks Listening in our sleep causes hypnotism A way to enter our dream without rem This means we do not heal, but battle Our inner self in this state, there is no peace So to have a normal dream is to relax Calm you and you can use all your senses Even when you’re in a dream state They might call it Dreams of Enlightenment
