Before a thought goes for a walk, stop it
Before a little desire goes to meet a thought, stop it
Before fear goes to visit a thought, stop it
Before want is given to a thought, stop it
Before hate is gone to a thought, stop it
If you think you’re great, stop it
If you think you’re humble, stop it
Good or bad, just stop it
Stop giving food or drink to those horrible enemies inside your head, please stop it
Every time one of them takes to flight
It comes back with a fleet! So stop it
You came first and without them, then from doors and windows they came in, took control, they are living and you are asleep
Wake up! Wake up!
Don’t let them in any more! Stop it
