Uplifted his mouth from wild and fierce meal
That sinner, it furbishing at the hair
Of head on back of which he had to steal.

Then started: “You want I renew and share
Desperate pain which is pressing my heart
Already thinking, before I talk bare.

But if my words might be effective start
To bring infamy to traitor I gnaw,
To speak and cry you will see not apart.

I do not know your name nor by which law

My soul from count Ugolino has come,
