Poem

It shines in the night,
so pure and bright,
with radiant rays of a long Paris night,
and whispers so soft, 
like feathers on a dove,
singing gentle blessings of peace, hope, and love...

As twisted vines wrap around a willow tree,
your lips cling to mine, 
a kiss meant to be,
Two hearts, now one, 
hold dewdrops of the twilight,
and flower petals dance 
across the breast of the moonlight...

Ecstacy grins 
while the halos of marble harden,
and spiders spin webs 
on leaves in secret gardens, 
The thunder cries joyfully, 
hiding the silver moon,
in the thrills of the lightening,
rain washes the loon...

Deep hands caress 
and bodies shower in sweat,
like bees in sweet nectar,
as tongue and sugar met,
Drums pound to the beating
on backs of turtle shells,
and pixies parade 
along thighs of bluebells...

A doe appears 
and the lark signals the hours have went,
we lie holding each other, 
in breaths of energy spent,
The morning blanket is a new, 
like Spring in November,
and the love of La Luna, 
will forever be remembered...
