My love strand by strand

My tears with his tongue

My smiles one by one

my hope for love true

the truth in what men do
he pulled out

Preventing seeds from being planted

and songs of ecstasy, we chanted

the past, present, and future
he pulled out 
the things we’ll do for
 love, or love not, or just bein’ hot
he pulled out
and that unity he forgot
and he begot, a new plot, a zealot,
for true love, or love not,
I don’t know, but he forgot

Cause of doubt

Took an easier route

But he still drowned

From the revelation of a realization that temporary elation brings damnation to the 
thought-to-be love relation, in search of some satiation that went unrecognized,
 inspired by some ingratiation to quench another’s temptation, ooooooh, this love 
thing is a complicated occupation
