It's deeper than chemistry
We're connected
By our hearts,  by spirit,  mentally
Your mistakes caused pain
But couldn't replace what we have
I said I wouldn't but I forgive you
You're wonderous
Can't be mad at you
Wouldn't dare go against my heart to leave you
Don't even want to see life without you
No stranger to falling fast 
Like what I like,  Want what I want
But with you there's no red flags. 
Before I've fallen fast
Never though for a man who's core values match my desires
I require so much
Always in need of praise
Superficial 
you know ego shit
You leave no room for question
You thinking bout me
Your thoughtfulness fufills me
A three course meal
Plus icing
Trying to walk into forever with you. 
Hoping it's God holding the door open to my heart for you
I mean how else would you have gotten in? 
Is it Crime,  is it sin to let a stranger so deeply within? 
So open to love
Vulnerable by nature you see the blood stains on my sleeves
My heart hangs out for everyone to see
Subject to the sole of a shoe
I've been stepped on a time or two or ten
But to love I give in over and over again
The scars increase some fade others never will
I'm marred
No fade cream will be effective
Even still when I feel it I don't fear it
I jump into the battle as if I never lost
Its that same jab I forget to block
And I go down
I go down hard
But it's those who are strongest that can get back in the ring after a loss or two or ten
It is courage what you call foolishness
So with both feet I jump in
Fearlessly I take the risk
I'm in it
Wanting everything with you and more
Believing its attainable with my whole heart. Walking the same line in the same fashion
Hoping for a thorough road where there were only dead ends before. 
But you are my road less traveled.
This path is far more beautiful than the last
It isn't the scenery that takes away my breath
It is the strength of the soil in the grass 
Unfertilized growing organically sprouting realness
I pray to God to place His hand
To allow pure love in between only us
And if He shouldn't and my heart ends up broken
It would have been worth it
Being with you would have been enough
No fool nor insane
I believe in love is why I love this way
What is life without this feeling 
I'd rather be broken than soulless
From the soul comes love
Not the heart as mentioned
Love is Jesus, God is love
Why falling in it is so agonizingly euphoric
