worry is a habit that will sap your strength
anxiety, neurosis, hypertensiveness
worry is sinful for it belies trust and faith in our Lord
yet we bring it upon ourselves, a sin we can ill afford
we tend to put the wrong people 
and things first in our lives
some people need to be loved from afar 
and some things will give you the hives

incompatibility, negativity and discouragement
are uphill battles of spiritual indifference
when you're around certain people
do you feel better or do you feel worse?
minimize your time with them
and spend time with God first

peace of mind, tranquility and a quiet life
are very attainable if you accept the love of Christ
be careful, discerning 
and let the Lord God play a major role
stop worrying about people and the things
over which you have no control
