Poem
The song says April love is for the very young Like the song nightingale would have sung But there is something darker about this month that makes spirit high strung Something that feels like hand by scorpion stung The beautiful ramifying willow stands in clearing’s center From time to time group of people the meadow will enter Their fires burn sometimes too close to meadow’s center Fire slowly destroys the subtle leaves of the willow living her in pain and anger However soon As her leaves return to the shape of tears of the moon The great biological spirit that heard her sorrowful tune That echoed thru aught the meadow the forest the mountains and nearby lagoon He covered the willow in protective cocoon With magnified cells her he imbue strong enough to resist a typhoon And to the fire they were immune She could now not worry about her leaves subtle like tears of the moon The cells were strong build by math that dispatched all chaos at the base And on top it was as divine as the one that controls destiny of the universe However after having this power with willow no one wanted to converse She was strong but alone in the vast universe That is the nature of the world where there is no love But that is what makes love Whether it comes from earth or above So precious of a gift almost as precious as power is the gift of love I hope willow will find love for which she would sough But frankly for me power would be enough Finding either is tough But if there is no love without power or because of the very power that is truly though enough
