A part of me will always miss you,
Will always miss the way we used to play around,
Will always miss the way we kissed,
Will always miss the way it felt to be in your arms.
A part of me will always remember the way you cared,
How you would watch me,
How beautiful you made me feel.
A part of me will always want to reach out and touch you again,
Will always want to linger in the space we have with just us.
A part of me will always find a way to look your way,
Will always see the you I have forever seen.
A part of me will always need your encouraging words,
Your inspiration,
Your bright eyes to make me feel warm inside.
A part of me will always wonder what could’ve been,
What could’ve happened between us if only it was meant to be.
A part of me will always long for your sweet scent,
Will always taste it at the tip of my tongue.
A part of me will always feel some delight in being near you,
Will always get a chill from your stare.
A part of me will always remember how it was to be with you,
How it was to hold your hand,
To feel your touch,
How it was to know you were mine.
A part of me will always hate the way things happened,
Will always wish that they could be different.
A part of me will always wish I had found a way to convince you otherwise,
Found a way to make you believe in us again.
A part of me will always want you,
