Poem
She smiled at him, from a distance. Imagination, betraying trust. Mesmerized; he moved towards her. His heart was racing, his mind. Looked liked she landed from heaven. Wearing a yellow skirt, red tops. And a laced white jacket over her, Perfect bosom Her midriff sensually exposed. Her dimpled navel was smiling at me. Her arms were invitingly composed. Her body was so splendidly shaped. She'll put, an hour glass to shame. Envy of any beauty pageant. Just simply, demure. No gaudy makeup. A glow, encompassed her, Well chiseled features. Contoured by a skilled artisan. Her skin was perfectly tanned, like Brazilian beauties. Just the way he romanticise. Her legs were so slender and smooth. Cascade of brunette hair was gently, playing with air. Her eyes bore into my heart. Lips were deceiving a smile. A picture perfect view. His, legs were loosing their strength. Pulse was thumping, like a galloping Mare. With trembling of his lips. He smiled and said “hello”. All, this time she; did not loose eye contact. Perhaps it’s meant to be so. She, stretched out her arm And said, “hello, I am Pristine". Gently, took her nimble hands in his. And said “hello, I am Ted”. And looked deep into her eyes Her eyes locked into his Like she was reading his mind. And all this time he, held on her soft hand. As though if, he did let go? She’ll vanish. In thin air. Moment, in time so sublime. No feelings can compare. Mona Lisa was stretching her smiling. Rembrandt was painting the sky. His, limbs were failing him. Whole body was trembling. His lips felt dry. His skin was tingling with glee. She read his mind, body, and soul. She opened her arms, drew him into herself, tight. In a compassionate embrace. She seemed to know.., if she did not..? He will.., surely collapse to the floor. There was nothing left to explain. He held her tight, he was so afraid. That he was shedding tears of joy. Her warm bosom felt good, against his heaving chest. Her, hair smelled sweet. Like rosemary and thyme. her skin on her shoulder, was so tender to his lips So he, held; on like this. For a moment and ten. Until he, regained his; sense. She then gently, looked into his eye, kissed his cheek. And said, “take me home"! He was in a trance. Hailed a cab. On the way home, they never spoke a word, just held on to each other. Is this a dream? Is this for real? Perhaps his; wicked, mind is playing tricks on him? ………………. We'll soon see…..!!!!
