Poem
Thus says He who guards the gate, The atmosphere is stagnant, Stagnant with discontented gluttons, Tangled with tricks and deceptions, Soaked with indoctrination, And charged with foul breath. Thus says He who guards the gate, The atmosphere is saturated, Saturated with dirt and grime, And impregnated with hatred and bitterness. Thus says He who guards the gate, The atmosphere is intoxicated, Hangover is lingering from last year’s Debacle, it’s on the verge of regurgitating, But I will clean up the vomit once again. Thus says He who guards the gate, I am grieving from the high mountains, In pregnant skies and snowy terrains, The people whom I have called To support my servant, have become Angry, merciless and passionless. The air waves have grieved me too, Causing disruption and instability, Screaming and puking venom in the air Destroying and defying my authority. Thus says He who guards the gate, Listen carefully to what I have to say, I have sent my humble servant to guide you But you have bombarded my plans, Ridicule my laws and turned me Into a global mockery, And for this reason I am weeping bitterly. Thus says He who guards the gate, Don’t you trust my power and authority? I have shown you so many signs, But you are blinded by arrogance and greed And transform my power into a theatrical farce. Thus Says He who guards the gate, Turn away from your wicked ways, Cleanse yourselves for seven days, Repent of your sinful nature, And prepare for a new atmosphere. Thus Says He who guards the gate, My servant will continue to guide you, He will accomplish my will until It’s time for him to sing. I have observed everyone among you, I have prayed hard and long but none! None of you are ready to execute a better plan, Yet you have made a degrading spectacle of us. None of you are capable of changing the rancid atmosphere, none of you can usher in fresh air, None of you! Not one of you! Thus Says He who guards the gate I have visited the house of Brag, I have visited the house of Lamb, I have visited house of Joy And the house of Rab, I have searched all over but None was worthy of my choice. I prayed to the father and asked him to show me the one, And he directed me to the house of Hem. Thus Says He who guards the gate, I shall choose a queen from among you, One that is witty and mature in age, One who is filled with knowledge, love and experience. I will pour my anointing upon her head, And bestow power and wisdom inside her. Thus Says He who guards the gate, My queen will create a new atmosphere, And present a brand new message to people far and near. A message that will lift people out of bondage, A message that will create global peace, A message that will bring family together, And put more food on the dinner table. A message that will bring young and old together, A message that will revived the wounded, A message that will break the glass ceiling, And those who have been crying will laugh again. Thus says He who guards the gate, When the atmosphere is right, The message will be different, It will be heard and rest upon every heart, When you hear it, do not resist it, Believe it, feel it, Your circumstance will change And perishing hopes will be renewed. Thus says He who guards the gate, listen! For I have spoken. ©2014 Christine Phillips
