Poem
It seems just like yesterday not even gravity would take me off the earth But when you took me into your arms, you changed it all Scenes keep locks on the sound of love I feed on riddles of words Silence have something to say Seeking through the shapes and forms of remedy And clogging at this love tragedy You crawl and swim in my mind, arranges and rearranges my own beliefs I stare at my mirror Its easier when you ride on fantasies Its harder when voices, kisses, embraces, thoughts tears you apart But its enough when love leaves you widely open and exposed It was just yeaterday you took a king's seat in my heart I'm searching through the scenes in my mind Seeking through forms and shapes in the tragedies and remedies on my mind I'm feeding on proverbs and quotes from love best known norms And silence have something to say Shadows starts to dance in my heart Pooping champagnes, ballets and twists It breaks my heart so bad But there's a hidden story of candles that occured These celebrations peeping a spark out of dark is not normal Nights are jellied and lured direct from heaven above But its yesteday when we started writing this love What is romance? Silence have something to say You stood for love I listened to my angry emotions that pounded in love styles Loved the games disguised in bright meeky hues Now am paying to the enemy of love You fished my desires and swang who I am You patrolled my needs so you could have your way, all your way You kissed me hard leavening me with orange linen on my lips Tinted shades flow endlessly up down my strings Darkness glows as I lie next to you And doubts creeps in my soul as you try to baby your mistakes I go insane Am standing in the mouth of pressure, balancing on the edges of trust The take-a-ways, oh the millions mistakes, I try to peel away from the chemistry of our love But silence have something to say Pain and anger dazzles at my face You talking tall again, all higher power again Cycles of steamy pain burns my soul Its high time I killed the enemy But suddenly you kiss the stars straight from heaven and blow them right to my heart again I dream as I rub myself with life or death intuations And love burn and rave at my slogans This is a journey that never ends The voices at my head returns you to me You're the enemy I can't live without Without you am a crazy disaster thats better with death Cus the high insanity of this love is out of this place And so I rip my heart and give it to you, its better you'll keep it away from your harm And am not ready to let love die a not so a natural death Cause you're my e enemy , you're my source And all these mistakes, errors, betrays, open wounds please wrap them up Put in this dark coffin and burry deep in the clay of your memories till they wear and wither out Tarnish the enemy for a better us And the idle pain will have nothing but to run Babe love is a change agent, it clears pain and gives out warmth So hold me tight as we get armed up against this enemy of love 21/12/2013 liz leppy
