I feel so empty right now
my heart aches with loneliness
i don't know why i say this
i hate this feeling
but my heart got to feel
how it feels to want someone
it hurts and drives nuts
i feel so alone
or maybe i am alone
but i have got to do something about it
i choose happiness but life chooses distress
i choose friendship you choose rivalry
i choose liberty you choose silence
what do you want?
am sure i want you,  not your own self
but you yourself
oh my friend....
i thought it meant everything
through the joys and the pains
but i guess it only meant your sorrows and my happiness
my sorrows needed not matter neither did your happiness
oh my friend...
this is not friendship but a partnership
where this moment is all that matters
the sorrows of yesterday and tomorrow are a thing of the past
 my friend...
would i be wrong to depart from you
would i be selfish 
would i be acting irrationally?
i don't know 
but this moment is what matters
for its emptiness i feel
and its emptiness i hate
and i'll go out of my way to get my emptiness filled
oh my friend...... 
how i wish you could fill it
