how do you stop missing someone
 when they,re always on your mind
 How to stop a heart from hurting
 These answers are so hard to find

 We always thought that we’re in control
 To avoid the pot holes we come upon
 And we’re careful to only pick the roses
 And not to get entangled in the thorn

 But within the seconds of a minute
 A whole life can change
 And you can find your self lost
 in the middle an open firing range

 You can go from under the sheets
 To the freezing cold
 And the life that you accustom living
 You begin to slowly lose control

 When love comes in your life
 It falls on you like the rain
 And all your careful assumptions
 Gets wash away like leaves in a drain

 The invisible force of love
 That grows in my heart wont stop
 And every time I think of her
 The emptiness just fills me up

 I was contented in my darkness
 But I welcome the sunshine
 Before she came into my life
 Happiness never crosses my mind

 And though I was lonely
 I never notice the emptiness 
 For it just never bothered me
 To make it any of my business

 But when she came into my life
 It’s like a new person was born
 I open my windows
 And all the dark clouds was gone

 And she takes residence in my heart
 With out I even knowing
 And soon my heart was alive again
 With all these emotions over flowing

 And happiness was now in my life 
 But the emptiness was here to stay
 For the woman I so madly love
 Are still thousands of miles away?

 The wings of love can carry you
 To the corners of the world
 To the very heart of the person
 That will forever live in your soul

 And thought I have found love
 To fill my life forever
 This emptiness will always remain
 Until the day we are together
