Poem
Its almost midnight and I can’t sleep. So I turn on my computer and hear a message beep. “Is anyone there?” ~ Well my friend, now I am here. “At times I wonder how you've been” ~ I’ve been busy. How is your world? I hope it’s still normally spin. “I'm not alright! my heart is empty” ~ How come? something gone crazy? “Life has been broken. So many times!" ~ Well..it’s human to feel that way sometimes. “Lost in my own bodies drought. Can you feel, what I can feel?” ~ I felt that way once. But I’m sure your heart will surely heal. “Love was never real!” ~ Whose love that you’re talking about? don’t be such a denial. “A fool wrapped in a cowardly way.” ~ But you told me you love him. Almost every day. “I always gave him the best of me. It’s to late to see he was not the right guy.” ~ God have reasons for making him present in your life. So please, don’t cry. “I wish I could find the reasons now, and not wait until I die” ~ Be positive, and move on. That’s the best you should do. Try! “Love is like fire, soon you'll get burn, or the flames will just simply turn off!” ~ I couldn’t be more agree. Still, love is a grace that we should gratified of. “Anyways tomorrow he will still be the same poetic romantic creep!” ~ You still love him I see. Despite the fact that he’s not worthy to keep. “My mouth sewn shut. Shut up!” ~ My friend.. On love, you should never give up. “Here, love is more than you'll ever understand.” ~ A bit defenseless. But, sounds mature and wiser, on the other hand. “As I got older ~ As I grew!” ~ That’s the Linda I used to know. Glad you get through. “There's only one way to find out!” ~ How? What will you go about? “I will lay myself down to sleep.” ~ Haha..and then begin to count the sheep? “I can feel your smile” ~ As width as the Nile. “Right now it's time to say bye!” ~ Then bye for now, my friend. Make sure you'll keep your eyes dry. Before I went to bed. There’s another line I read. “Today is another day” wisely, Linda said. *A poem for Linda A Note: The bold lines are Linda's. Quoted from her poems : Empty Mirror, Depression Tendency, I'm not Alright, The Boy, Heat Wave, Divorce Club, A Man's Tale, He Murdered Me, A Wish, Love is Like, Drunken Poet, Beak of Night, Infected Love, The Solid Truth, My Shoes, Moonlight Madness, Broken Love Slam, Bye, and Heart of Rust.
