You put your corkscrew in me and turn
Like a maple tree
My essence  pours out...
You take what you crave from me
I am your sweetness...
I give until I have nothing left to give
The giving is the many things I do
A trip to the ER in the middle of the night
A pack of cigarettes for the addict
A movie rental, just "because"
The favorite junk food you seem to crave
But sometimes...
The user gets tired
Of the pain 
The familiar pinch where you have latched on
And the blood I see as I pull...
The leach you have become off my body
I could be content to just
Throw you away
But the laughter I feel as I sense you
Calling me a carpet
That everyone walks on
It burns a fire within me...
Then I want to make you pay
Make you wish you never knew me
Make you think
Whatever I have gained from her is not worth the pain
Of what she's done to me
And like a forest fire
Consumed with rage at innocent timber
I seek to destroy the ungrateful heart...
To teach the user a lesson
To make them never want to use again
Or at least make them question
Will this person that I use today
Turn on me one day
And betray me as if...
With a Judas kiss
