Wishing for a better life because I'm tired of this life
I'm living in always getting talk about
Because of the clothes I wear
And I’m always getting diss by girls because of the shoes I wear
Watching as the days go past of how my life is a mess
Never had close friends to talk to when I'm going through troubles
Wishing for a girl that can stand by my side and keep me standing so I
can't fall
Holding the tears inside it hurts to cry I feel so insecure
Looking into the mirror asking myself is I'm ugly because the girls always
dissing me
Is it the way I dress because I try to dress just like those other niggas

Sometimes I wish I was those type of niggas that had money and swag
Girls loving me at school and wishing that I was their man
But I guess it wasn't meant to be God will take you through hell just to
get you to heaven
But I’m just wishing to live a long life don't won't to be that nigga that
dies at a early age
I want to be able to have babies and see the other side of me that wasn't
always shady
Seeing clearly now because my past is gone just looking towards my future
and hoping for better days
Wishing that the Lord will save me a spot in heaven so open your
heavenly doors
Because I'm standing at the front door staring at a better life that I was
wishing for
