Is the sky beginning to clear
Are these past years of heavy deluge ready to be washed away
Will a Normal life be finally presented to me
It is dark and Gray in my World of Today
Negative pessimism that continues to Stay
Once,the Light was clear and Magical
Pointing the way toward a Path less tragical
It guided me forward to a Destiny befitting
but,alas..I am walking toward the darkness and quiting
Nobody from around these Parts knows my Name
Why can the best of both worlds be mine-
without the fortune or her Fame?
Negative Feedback is mostly coming from my Brain
Well accustomed to our Fire as well as the rain
35 yrs of the -HIT hitting the fan
Trying to accomplish the best that I can
Still,though..Life's manure still hits me in the mouth
Lonely plus Battered,
The only Road that I haven't yet tried is pointing South
Mother lost me when the 13th year became an unlucky number
Foes of the meek & timid
Mock this Face whereever it may Smile or convey
Just some silly words,within the sound of my voice
TODAY
Growing up in the 80's
Reaching Adulthood iof the 90's
and finally,
the advancing seasons of this millienium
Who knows when the Silver Lining will be Mine
Frustrated and saddened by the World out there,unkind
Does the Lord desire to lift this Heavy Veil that I view
Every so often,my Moment may be Due
Again,I fear,though..
the Shadow of Dread
People who exclaim:HEY BUDDY,-UCK YOU!!
And nothingness returns
To taunt the Misery still within my head
I HOPE NOT..
Living is better than killing one self DEAD!
