Yesterdays rain brought back a time when I loved you and you loved me, together 
with our body's warming each other under the blankets,
now seasons have past and our love at a stand still we look for each other and 
time alone,
with work, worries, kids, school, always on the run only to spend time not with 
you but alone with our pet.
 how I wish we could go back in time were it was only you and I young and full of 
each other saying I love you on the phone,
But times have changed and as our love grew so did our home more love but 
less time together, more joy but less time alone more but less,
a family full of love lovers full of life like before when our eyes first meet I want you 
I want to kiss your soft lips hold your hand look into your blue eyes,
what we have is what everybody  dreams of,  two wonderful kids a marriage full of 
life, life full of happiness,
I would n`t give it up or change a thing because years have past and when we 
touch I still fill the passion and you still give me butterflies.
absents makes the heart grow fonder and apart your always in my heart there my 
not be time alone, but when the rain fell my heart warmed,
I heard your laugh, seen your smile, felt your kiss and our love too,
pen to paper if not my words to you with all my charm.
