Toe to Toe as we stand facing each other man to man/
Truth is what I want to hear, look am I moving I'm all ears/
Eye to Eye still standing teary eyed,
come on pops no more lies/Truth is what it's worth, 
So it's time to quit all this hurt/
Because all you don't bring to the table/
You are what you are labeled/
So let's take the time to talk/
And burn some hours off the clock/
If you don't want to then it's cool/
Then the next word out of your mouth 
is of a fool/So Toe to Toe as we stand/
Contemplating the time at hand/
I forgive you while you're standing there/
Go ahead and shed a tear/
Thank you from putting me in this world/
And letting me know everything isn't diamonds and pearls/
Even though you will turn and run/I'm still proud to 
be your son/So as we stand Toe to Toe holding your U.S. flag/
I'll make sure I'll tell my kids all about you dad.
