Poem
I will dwell in security
because the arms of your salvation
        have embraced me
higher than the mountains peaks
is the persuasion of your kindnesses
        you could see my need
I was cast down ,         lost            and alone
                 yet you coaxed me
                        with the tender Words
                               the soft expressions of comfort
when I was afraid
      you sheltered me   
           with the towers             of your strength
a fortification built        upon the foundations         of your truth
               gave me warmth
                   beside your fires
                     nourished me with affections
                         bathed me with your attentions
                              and clothed me with            the declarations of your Love
Their abundance             overflows                   they have spilled
                          upon dust and brought forth life
 
                                    You have made me radiant 
                                             with its splendor
 
                                   The reflections of your heart
                                    are mirrored in their beauty
 
I am drawn forth to follow their footsteps
                        pad lightly towards its likenesses
                                until I can return 
                    the same folding of expressions
 
The espousals of your favor
        the betrothal of your regard
               all of them your undeserved kindnesses
                     the rain of which    causes   a desert
                                     to bloom its delicate buds 
caressed by your intense cultivations
 
                 For you planted the seeds
                     sent forth your gentle rains
                          nurtured the vines of planting
                              brought forth the clusters of fruit
                                   given birth to joy here to fore unknown
I shall be forever grateful
the only place I will call home
for this , My Love , 
        You will ever
             have my praises
                  I am bound by their promises
                            held by its cords
                                  faith in its loyalty
                                       engaged with hope
                                          and the fervor of Loves
 
and the Words of God found in Christ Jesus 
 
no scriptures yet I never get then until after
things get written.....
