Poem
Why Does It Hurt My soul feels pain, time and time again When I hear of another soul suffering How can this be fair I ask in my mind,? That my life is good, even in my bad times? Others have surpassed, all the things that hurt me! Where then I ask would the fairness be Why do they have to suffer so? A gentle voice did whisper in my mind When they left the spirit world behind It was the things that they had to learn," Why so harsh"? I did reply to the voice inside. "Their paths crossed others there they collide". They had to learn of things from another's view Or to teach others, that had lessons too! Why do we have to learn so on this plain? The answer came quietly to me again. "We test the spirit only in this earth's domain As a truely physical form it's not the same You have set tasks, the day you are born You enter the earth plain as you did before" Why then are these things so hard for me? That captures my mind and my liberty? "The choice was yours and will always be That you may become pure, in our eternity" Is this then the fate of earth's human beings? "Yes"! the voice said, "To become spirit feelings" What are your values, in the place you are? I have been told it's just a thought not far "We strive to be pure, of mind and thought Where love is the paramount thing taught To try and tell you, as to what we become Or how we live in a place that to some Is impossible to let your present mind see Just believe that we live in eternity"! A beautiful light shone there within me The reason then for us, all on earth to be. To build a spirit, so pure with love, the reality. Of life here and all the things that are wrong? I walk with you on your journey, hold my arm I will always protect your spirit from harm With that it was the end of think talk Just believe in yourself and with me walk
