people ask me how im doin my response always the same
man im barely makin it cause this world is only pain
i look around expectin to find what makes me sane but the reason isnt plane

its not the fact the world it self is always pullin me down
or that i shed a tear when a rose hits the ground
i love her with a passion one that can not be faded
its harder than you think to describe yourself being jaded

fall for her till my heart is again sore
yet in the back of my mind i wonder if there is more
shes everythin ive asked for-all my hopes and dreams completely
but the weight she holds is only used to beat me 

fight back when your on the floor cold and bleedin out
cause its then that you will learn what youve done
your stronger than the love you think is real
you can live without the pressure its hard enough to deal
with the battle you face alone
love with never help how you feel 

you know i guess it makes since that the one thing designed to save us
ends up only prematurely engravin us in broken trust
when smiles turn to tears and tears become dust
its makes me wonder whatll become of love

it wont be long till the world sees that this love is just disease meant to bring the end
to you and me
and they will plead for what they thought was right
stain thier pillows with tears through the night
cry beacuse they know they were wrong and it was all just because they saw

of everything they said was true only to find that no one knew
love is one of those things you cant touch and yet it somehow makes it enough
but ya see you cant touch what doesnt exist
thats why im takin it off the emotions list

cause that walked out the door with you
feelings now makin my life only blue
listen carefully when this beat no longer sounds
pull the knife out of my back when i turn around
