Poem
Three days after Our Lord died on the Cross He was placed in the sepulchre Mary Magdalene came early that day She said.. They taken our Lord away Then as Mary stood.. weeping she wept.. as she looked into the sepulchre There inside were.. Two Angels in White Sitting there one at the head and one at the feet Where the body of Jesus had laid She turned about then she saw Jesus standing but didn't know him at all Jesus saith unto her "Woman, Why weepest thou?" "Whom seekest thou?" as she looked at him and thought.. Tis a gardener.. then asking if thou have borne him hence tell me where thou hast laid him and I will take him away Jesus saity unto her, Mary. As she turned and saw.. twas Jesus... said Rabboni = Master St. John Chapter 20 Verse 17. Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; I am not yet asended to my Fater; but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I Assend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples she had seen Our Lord.. that He had spoken unto her.. Then the same day in the eve.. being the first day of week, doors shut.. where disciples were assembled for in fear of Jews, Then came Jesus.. He stood in the Midst Jesus said.. "Peace be unto you" then he showed unto them.. his hands and his side then the disciples believed.. they were glad to see Our Saviour.. Our Lord.. Jesus Christ.. Our King But then there was... Doubting Thomas.. For he did not believe.. Jesus had Risen.. For He had to see He had to touch Our Master's hands Putting his fingers.. within the holes Where the Nails went in.. and Doubting Thomas had to put his hand Into Our Lord's side.. where soldiers.. sword went deep with-in Then Doubting Thomas... Believed.. Thomas answered and said.. unto Jesus.. My Lord..and My God 27. Jesus Saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed; Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have Believed. I wrote this in hope... that ye may see.. That YES.. Jesus Has Risen.. For You and Me.. For everyone to come and Believe Knowing.. that Jesus Died and He Has Risen Through Jesus Christ... Eternal Life.. is given For Whomsoever believes.. in Him Even on His Divine Name Come be Born-again.. Saved.. So when the Day of Our Lord You can be Reborn... Resurected into Eternal Life With Our Savior Jesus Christ My Poem was illustrated.. off of King James.. St. John Chapter 20. Verses.. used.. Chapter 20.. verse 17. verse 27
