The economic injustice, the social injustice has made the workers upset when the corporations and their CEOs treat them with little or no respect the CEOs make more in one day than in a year of what the average employee earns but instead of any giving benefits their backs to them are turned it's the disproportionate dispersion of the profits that the companies make where the employees get less than 10% and the CEOs get the bigger take instead of spreading the wealth the situation has gotten worse the economic divide has gotten wide and the rich get the majority of the purse The social injustice towards the workers what the companies are now trying to do is to strip them of what little they have got and not give them what they are due to take away or reduce their pensions, to cut into or cut off their healthcare to reduce salaries and cause many to now seek public assistance and welfare how hard-hearted are those CEOs? how much money is enough? how selfish are those individuals who want more and more stuff? how many cars can one drive and how many yachts does one need? how many houses do you have to acquire to satisfy that sin called greed? I don't know about you America but I see the writing on the wall if the workers don't unite and put up a fight the labors unions will eventually fall we can no longer sit back in complacency it's time for 32BJ to now lead by organizing so that the workforce will no longer financially bleed we can no longer say I got mines and you need to get yours it's time for us to unite because together we can do more we can do more to bring non-union workers in we can do more by having relationals and making friends we can do more by spreading the union's ideals and goals and showing the workers how to organize and thus take control we can do more to counteract that corporate sin called greed by becoming more involved and showing others how to succeed we can do more to make the union movement grow by taking our fight public so that everyone will know of the abuse and mistreatment that the workers endure we can do better and we sure as hell can do more now it's time for us to practice what we preach to make a committment as leaders by going out to reach as many of our co-workers as we possibly can as we can do more if together we now stand we can do more to battle that sin called greed by organizing, uniting and by example to now lead so step up to the plate and take your position now ready to stand up and fulfill 32BJ's mission
